Key Requirements for Indian Students
APS Certificate: This certificate is required to verify your academic documents before applying for a German student visa. Here are the eligibility conditions for Indian students:
If you have not yet graduated from your undergraduate degree, you may still apply for the APS certificate, but only if you scored more than 70% in your 12th standard.
If you scored less than 70% in your 12th standard, you must complete your undergraduate degree before you can apply for the APS certificate.
Language Proficiency: For English-taught programs, you need an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher or a TOEFL score of 90 or more. For German-taught programs, you must have TestDAF or DSH certification.
Blocked Account (Sperrkonto): You must show proof of funds in a blocked account with €11,904 for the first year to get your student visa.
